Health Coach Manager

Great opportunity to use your leadership skills managing a national team of health coaches and to be instrumental in developing this program! Ceridian has been accredited by the Council on Accreditation for Children and Family Services, an international, independent, not-for-profit accrediting body of social and behavioral healthcare services. Ceridian is only the second large for-profit provider of EAP and work-life services in the U.S. to receive this accreditation. Plus, we have recently acquired LEADE, a health coaching firm!

We offer specialties in health coaching in the areas of weight management, stress management, tobacco cessation, and cardiovascular health.

• Effectively model leadership and create a culture of positive energy and dedication.
• Create a team culture where employees feel heard and valued.
• Strong management skills (planning, organizing, implementing and control ) with the ability to engage employee feedback in the design and implementation phases.
• Provide opportunities and coaching for progression planning.
• Can resolve and execute on any issues that arise.
• Effectively establishes and maintains cross functional and cross location partnerships.
• Promotes business knowledge and perspective among all team members.

Requirements:

• Master’s level degree in health field, behavioral science, or business field.
• Minimum of five years of management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, and manage others.
• Computer experience and comfort with using technology as integrated tool for case management.
• Strong business knowledge.
• Strong customer focus orientation and training.

Preferred:

• Seven plus years of management experience, including experience managing virtual staff.
• Thorough knowledge of health services and health coaching.
• Coaching certification.
• Cross- location management experience.
