Program Description
Leade Health Stress Reduction uses a cognitive behavioral approach to help individuals manage occupational stress. The cognitive behavioral strategy is widely accepted as the most effective work place program strategy, even more effective than organizational-focused approaches. Using assessment tools, goal setting, study guides, and personal coaching, our stress reduction program focuses on work related stress with an emphasis on changing attitudes, expectations and methods of coping. The goal is to increase job satisfaction, decrease stress symptoms and improve productivity.
How We Measure Success
Leade Health Stress Management positively impacts the way employees relate to people and situations, which translates into cost savings in the areas of disability, excess illness and absenteeism. Leade Health's measures and reports four outcome categories including quality of work, cognitive responses, physical health symptoms, and absenteeism. Refer to Outcomes & Data Reporting for the 6 major areas of focus in Leade Health's process for data collection and reporting.
Leade Health also uses proven behavioral theory to tailor the treatment to the individual's readiness and ability to change target behaviors.
